Terms of service
The short version: measure where it is legal, your runs stay yours, the number is an honest estimate, and connected social accounts are used only the way their holder chooses. Last updated October 7, 2026.
Who we are
Powertora (the mobile app and the website powertora.app) and its publishing tool promoops are operated by limitium.art, an independent developer. "We" in these terms means limitium.art.
What the service does
Powertora turns GPS data recorded by an external GPS sensor during a pull and coast into an estimated engine power and torque curve, with its uncertainty shown. Results are measurements by a consumer instrument, not a certified dyno test, and are provided for information only.
Record runs only where it is legal and safe — a closed road or track, never on public traffic in a way that breaks traffic law. You alone are responsible for how and where you drive.
Purchases
Powertora Pro is sold through Google Play and the Apple App Store under their terms; billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store you bought it from. Free features stay free.
Your content
Runs, car profiles and reports you upload stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to compute your results and to show a report to anyone you share its link with. Do not upload anything you have no right to share.
Social media integrations
promoops publishes Powertora's own promotional videos to the social accounts connected to it and reads their statistics: TikTok (Login Kit, Content Posting API, Display API), Instagram, Facebook and Threads (Meta), YouTube (Google) and X.
A connected account is used only as its holder chooses: a video is posted only after the holder picks it, edits its caption and sets its privacy level, interactions and commercial content disclosure. promoops adds no watermark to the content and does not change or delete anything on the account. Statistics are read only to show how the posts perform.
Content posted through these integrations must follow the platform's own rules, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and the Meta, Google and X terms. Access can be revoked at any time in the platform's settings; see the privacy policy for what is stored and how to have it deleted.
No warranty, limited liability
The apps and tools are provided as they are, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost data or decisions made on the basis of a measured result.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes; the date below says when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
